Online with a really really good friend that i lost a few mths back because of a stupid quarrel. we patched up some time ago, but we never really did talk. but i thank god we're fine now. He was really one guy i really really trusted as a friend, cld even regard him as my best fried during that time. but oh well, even though we're still back to normal talking terms, it just..different alr. kinda sad huh. But really, being back to friends is satisfying. =)

I'm putting on weightt!! My goodness, my appetite is increasing like nobody's bizness man =( Yea, and the rubbish that i keep eating during the matches at night. so yucky pls. Hate it hate it!! But i think the main "sin" really comes frm my increasing appetite. Hahaha looks like running doesnt really help that much or maybe its just not enough. AHh this sucks! So depresseddd man.

Just read partner's blog. I feel so sad for herrr!! Breaking up with her BF must have been tough but she still seems so strong about it. I've never gone thru a "real" break up before but just arguments btw a fren and myself alr makes things so painful and heart-breaking. I cant imagine myself having to go thru a break-up with future boyfriends or whatever. The torture! Seen a few of the close pple ard me go thru this shite, all the crying for nights, hating the person, yet at the same time wishing the person would be back with them. Guys getting ditchedby the lady, gals getting ditched by the guy. It all goes back to feeling the same thing: Hurt.
At least if you're just close to the person, but not committed to the relationship, perhaps the pain would be more bearable? I dont know. I guess being in a relationship could make life alot 'nicer', more interesting and perhaps more 'whole'. But, having to come to an end really sucks doesn't it? As the saying goes, everything good has to come to an end. True/false? I would disagree with that. From my perspective, it would probably be true to some boy-girl relationships but how bout when it comes to a marriage? It would no longer hold true.
Mum is always telling me to "take things slowly" in a relationship. Not that i'm in one right now, but parents tend to be "cautious" once they know there's a guy somewhere. I must say i'm really blessed to be in a family with parents who's "been there, done that" and are willing to take the time to know what i'm going through and offer advice that may seem so ridiculous off-hand. But after time, i realize that through all they've told me actually does help me in thinking what i shd/shd not be doing. There are times when i've asked my mum "If i do get into a r/s now then how?" and she would start again on the "advantages/many disadvantages" on getting into one at such an age. Note: its not like she wants me to be left on the shelf or anything alright. Haha she just feels that at this age of a YOUNG 17, we shdnt be tied down to a r/s for nothing For some, we would think "17 alr lehh, not mature enough?". I feel that way at times. But look! In this convo with ur mum, who's the more mature one? Hahaha yea. So, i usually think back and really thank God for my "sensible" mum drilling these stuff into me. If not for them, maybe i would have been dumped a million times alr.
Please do not ask me why i'm suddenly talking bout this stuff. Hahahaha once i start, i cant stopp! But now i gotta stop cos i've gtg back to study chemistryyy!!!!! Boo to MYE =(

I'm quite addicted to it man. The world cup i refer to. Some matches have been dead boring, but matches such as aus vs japan, togo vs korea, germany vs costa rico and spain vs ukraine have been exciting, full of energy and capturing, if i'm allowed to put it that way. Haha! yea, and believe me, the swiss have ooh-lah-lah hot players. I am very very serious on that. i think at least 7 out of the 11 have that x-factor that reaches Elizabeth's superficial standard. But currently, my favourite player is Arjen Robben . No particular reason but its probably due to the way he scored that goal for Netherland. sweet =) best looking player (for now) goes to Torres Fernando!!! Oh yeaa, check out his pic lah. do NOT question my taste =)
Been reading Pride & prejudice. Rather interesting and i quite enjoy the Jane Austen kinda language. House comm workshop in the morning! BIggy thks to Dorea, Ethelyn and Angela for gedding the cake for me! And to the 5 house comms who celebrated my b'day with me that morning!! Was quite a surprise for me, so yea thks loads!
Went home to get changed then went down to town to meet up with a friend. Caught "Benchwarmers"! i didn't even know such a show existed. It was pretty good, i laughed! For those who've been to the movies with me, i dun really "laugh out loud" in the cinemas or when i'm watching any show. So the show must be of SOME standard for me to actually laugh. hehe! So yea, enjoyed the show =)
Had dinner at Spagheddi's or however it's spelts. Had my favourite lagsana there! Super full after that. Ooh, and i was "forced" to eat calamari. Haha yea, so first time i was putting a squid into my mouth. It was ruberryyy. Lol yea, wasnt that bad lah =p
Walked ard to look for Sophia's b'day pressie.Yea, we were walking to and fro of Marina Square. The place is kinda bigg rightt. Got her gift from The Wallet Shop! I likee =) So mission accomplished! Was quite funny cos we didnt have anything in mind to get for her, so every gift we saw possible couldn't be decided on. Oh well, we found something rather suitable lah. Hahaha! Tried jay-walking at some big big road, but did not succeed. I didnt wanna die on the day i was born and i've yet to "live my life to the fullest"! okay that was random
Trained home together after that. Enjoyed the company, enjoyed ur presence =)

Initial plan b4 today was to go shopping with my parents. Then my mum told me ytd that dad couldn't take leave.So did econs revision in the morning. Then Dad called home at ard 11 to say his meeting was cancelled so could take half day leave. Haha left the house at ard 2 and headed down to town. Actually, we were pretty much stuck in Centrepoint (Robinson). hahaha
Started off at Coffee Bean cos my parents said they couldnt start walking without having their coffee. Okayyy, Had 2 muffins and huge cookie (everything was shared among us. hehe) with hot chocs. Felt super full mann! The drink was filled with too much milkkk! Fat fat fat! Anywayy, walked ard the boutiques there, saw a few tops but decided agst them cos most made me look too mature. Haha into Robinson, bought a pair of slippers. Super cute ;)
Bought a top and pants from m)phosis. Funny thing was, we didnt know the price of the pants until we went to pay for it. Ouch! Proceeded to buy make-up! Okay, not that much lah. Just a few things here and there that i didnt own myself. Hehe 2 more nail-polish to add to my collection. Ho ho ho! Bought the Red adidas Deodarent Spray--SENSUAL INSTINCT for women. Lol Dad bought me a pinkish Adidas watch!Birthday present..hehe really beautiful! Not used to having a watch on my wrist but i'll get used to it! Since its really pretty and for goodness sake, it's from my DAD. It's like a must-wear. haha!
Had dinner then drove home. I think my parents are really interesting lah..seriously. Sometimes people look at my sis and i and think where we get our "siao-ness" from, cos my parents appear quite serious, dad especially! BUT!!! you are wrong, my parents are jsut as SIAO! So thats where we get our genes frm. Loll
World cup in a few minutes time. Oohh! first time i'm staying up just to watch soccer. what an accomplishment! Tataa!!

Sunday! Super cranky mood, was tired too. Ask Allison, she had to endure my nonsence nearly 3/4 of the day. Hehehe! Christine was down with dengue so we were intending to go pay her a visit at Gleneagles. Then, just as we were about to leave church, we heard that she was discharged alr. Thank God for that =) So allison and i were deciding what to do since we didnt really wanna go home. After much consideration, we decided to go CUT OUR HAIR!! Mum recommended some place at Kovan, rather ulu but we found it! Allison's the one with navigational skills. HAha! To cut the long story short, my long hair is GONE, and i have this really weird hair style now. Not that i dun like it but i dun think it suits me. It's the kinda china-doll fringe with back super layered. dunno how to describe it but i cant stand the fringe! it's in the wayyy..hahaha so i gotta pin it up every day =( looks quite retarded lehh..and those who've seen it say it looks messy. Hahah let's hope it grows longer b4 school reopens. Can't really tie it up either, cos its sooo layered, hair will start falling out from the band. SO yea, i got a weird hairstyle now. Allison cut her hair too! But she looks perfectly normal, tidier too.
Stayed home ytd, studied chem for a while then got distracted with slightest thing that went on. Fell aslp reading P&P, woke up after 2 hrs, idled ard, watched a combination of football and "so you think you can dance" at night. Was trying to watch P&P on youtube. My mum saw me doing that and went "go downstairs and borrow from the dvd station thing lah!" My mum's a genius eh? haha went down, and thank God, they had the show for rental. Came home, started watching the show at 9+ 10 pm. super nice/romantic/witty show. Elizabeth Bennet's character is *faints*..no words to describe..haha and Mr Darcy is *swoons*..cant describe it either..love it =)
Packed all the notes from the different subjectts into their respective files this morning. Whoo! Cleaned up my room..personal sense of accomplishment even though the room still looks A LITTLE messy. Went down to the Library at compass point to practice math(was freezing cold there!!). Home was too noisy with my cousins/nephew/nieces at my place. With IZ in m'sia for church camp and Ele in the UK i thought there was gonna be peace at home. BUT my nephew and cousin (both boys) are staying over for the WEEK! Plus ivan..goodness there's gonna be war.
Gonna have some workshop thing in school tmrw and thursday [b'day pls ): ] dun even know what we're doing and what this workshop is about sia. Hahaha oh well, gotta look at things POSITIVELY. YEa i'm sure

Enough of that. Ele went off to the UK last night, family and i were at the airport to send her off at 10 plus at night?? was so cranky due to the lack of sleep as well as the 2 hrs of chem before that. Haha!yea had dinner at sakae before that, food wasnt fantastic and service was quite bad. Took the wrong orders from me, took so long to serve the food..aiyos! Okay stop complaining. Got my stomach full can alr. hehe! Got home at 11 plus, felt so lonely without ele lah! Let me share with you guys my very interesting story of what i did at night.
Decided to watch a "midnight movie" on my laptop in the comfort of my ari-conditioned room, under the blanket on my bed. Ideal atmosphere, with no one to disturb me, and at the same i wasnt disturbing anyone. Haha. So took out "Goal" dvd and happily watched it AGAIN. Yea, i watched the second half of the show some time ago, so the main aim was to watch the first half. Okay, so watched. Suddenly the whole com just turned off! Pressed the "power" button again and again, left the com to "rest" for a while then tried to switch it on again but to no avail. So i was thinking to myself " Die alr! COM CRASH!!!" so i had quite a difficult time sleeping, feeling so worried for the com. Guess what. When i woke up the next day, i realized the connection to the battery was out. HENCE, the com was not charging and HENCE the battery used up while i was watching the show and HENCE the com "crashed". Felt so retarded man..........!!
Anyway, out with e gals today!!!! Wm, wenna, charis and i headed down to CHINATOWN. decided to try out new places in singapore man. YEA RIGHT! went to plaza sing to walk ard and to find a shirt that could better match my skirt!! Hahaha went to pmilk and found this brown razor. Not bad, so bought it and changed on the spot! Partner bought a shirt too but we had to FORCE her to change into it. HEhehe took our "traditional" neoprints at action city again. Been ages since i last took those mini photos. Haha! Bus-ed down to far east to have dinner! Yea, had the taiwan mee-sua and some chicken thing. Sat at gelare like some illegal immigrants cos we only bought drinks from them and were eating our "outside" food. Haha luckily we were stuck at some corner man. Jalan-ed ard Far east. Didnt buy anything else, unfortunately! was so hesitant bout everything. Hmm.Trained home on the NEL with charis and wenna. We were sooo tired man!
Yep, service tmrw..I'm off to bed now!
