Beautiful song isnt? Heard it on the the Oprah Winfrey Show, and they had Barry Manilow as some special guest. Hahaha that guy is a legend lah, he's been in the industry for nearly his whole life, and yet still sooooo successful, appealing to all the OLD and YOUNG women/men out there.
So..this week passed ultra fast (what's new!) and i must say, choir concert was a success! we managed to reach 100% sale of tickets in one week! so yea, first official MJC choir performance.. wasnt as nerve-wrecking as i thought it would be! First person i saw when i stepped on stage-- KEE WEN MINN. nearly bursted out laughing when i saw her..lol! so glad she came =) my favourite song--SWEET HONEY-SUCKING BEES! i know the title is kinda ridiculous, but the song is niceee! Don't really know whats nice about it..but yea love it! The whole concert went on quite fine i guess, musical was good too! our "hald-jackets" fooled everyone eh! not bad not bad...
Went home straight after briefing and all, kinda tired lah..so didnt join the rest for dinner/supper. stoned home on the train
with ur company =)
it's all these little things that make me appreciate u soo much, but sometimes i wonder if you're feeling the same way. perhaps not. So yea, reached home at ard 11pm, unpacked, BATHED!, packed my stuff for the next day and drifted into lala land.
So that was ytd.
Back track to last saturday (before this saturday comes!).
Usual choir in the morning. Went to priscilla's house to watch the electionss! Hahaha rachel's family was there too. Waited for some time before the results started being announced. Uncle marcus is super funny lah!! He started taking out champagne when the opposition won the hougang area. We were like !!!! so well prepared huh!! Yea, watched for an hr plus, then my parents were like "tired lahh". so we left at ard 12 plus..and we were gonna have service the next day anyway. so yea. fun lah, never took much notice bout elections before, so this was pretty exciting.
Back to the present.
Will be going to palau ubin (most probably!) tmrw with the cousins! Woohoo! Cant wait to just chill out with them, get to know them better also la. So yup, gotta do all my hmwk tonight!! which is somewhere now? *toodles!
